Service Subscription
RevUp Digital provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, including website hosting and features based on your chosen subscription plan (e.g., Starter, Growth, Pro). Plans are typically billed annually in advance, following an initial one-time setup fee for paid plans.
Cancellation Policy
Client Initiated Cancellation:
- You may request to cancel your **paid subscription** at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@revupdigital.com or through methods provided in your admin panel (if applicable).
- For **annually billed plans**, we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least **15 days prior** to your renewal date to ensure you are not charged for the subsequent year.
- Upon cancellation, your access to the Service (website hosting and admin panel) will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (annual or monthly, if applicable). We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the remaining unused period of a billing cycle.
Free Trial Cancellation:
- If you are on the 1-month free trial, no payment information is collected, and no cancellation action is required. Your trial access will automatically expire at the end of the 1-month period unless you proactively upgrade to a paid plan.
Termination by RevUp Digital:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service immediately, with or without notice, for non-payment of subscription fees or for any material breach of our Terms of Service.
Refund Policy
- **One-Time Setup Fee:** The setup fee charged for paid plans covers the initial customization, branding application, and deployment effort. This fee is **non-refundable** once the setup work has commenced.
- **Annual Subscription Fees:** Subscription fees paid annually in advance are **non-refundable**. As mentioned above, service will continue until the end of the paid term upon cancellation.
- **Monthly Subscription Fees (If Applicable):** Should monthly billing options be offered, fees for the current month are non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future monthly charges.
- **Free Trial:** No refunds are applicable as no payment is taken for the free trial period.
- **Service Downtime:** While we strive for high uptime, occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur. Refunds are generally not provided for temporary service interruptions unless there is a prolonged and significant failure directly attributable to RevUp Digital, evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
- **Exceptions:** Any exceptions to this refund policy will be made only under extraordinary circumstances and at the sole discretion of RevUp Digital management.
Data After Cancellation/Termination
Following the expiration or termination of your service period:
- Your website hosted by us will become inactive and inaccessible via its domain (or subdomain).
- Your access to the RevUp Digital admin panel associated with the cancelled account will be disabled.
- We typically retain website content and associated data (like leads, comments, settings entered by you) for a grace period of approximately **30 days** after service termination. During this period, you may request an export of certain data (subject to technical feasibility and potentially an administrative fee).
- After the grace period, RevUp Digital reserves the right to permanently delete all data associated with the terminated account from our servers. It is your responsibility to back up any data you require before your service period ends.
