Common Questions

RevUp Digital is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing automotive dealerships in India with a complete, hosted website solution. We offer a pre-built website packed with essential features like inventory management, lead generation forms, offer displays, and a blog, all managed through a simple admin panel. We handle the hosting, maintenance, and updates, allowing you to focus on your business.

Once we receive all the required information via the onboarding form (dealership details, logo, etc.), we typically aim to have your basic website customized and live within **7-10 business days**. The timeline might vary slightly based on specific customization needs.

No! Our admin panel is designed for ease of use. You can manage inventory, offers, blog posts, comments, and basic settings without any coding knowledge. We also provide introductory guidance.

Your subscription includes access to the website platform features based on your plan, website hosting, server management, standard SSL certificate (HTTPS), basic platform maintenance, security updates, standard feature updates, and technical support (level depends on plan).

Domain name registration/renewal and the one-time setup fee are separate costs.

Yes! If you already own a domain (e.g., `yourdealership.com`), you can absolutely use it. We will provide the necessary DNS records (like A Record and CNAME) for you to update with your domain registrar to point it to our servers.

The Offers and Blog modules require the Growth or Pro plan. If you start on the Starter plan, you can easily upgrade to the Growth plan later to add these features.

For advanced customization, specific integrations (CRM, DMS), or features beyond our standard Pro plan, please contact us to discuss our Enterprise solutions or custom development options.

Website forms (Contact, Enquiry, etc.) need to send email notifications. We can configure these to send using a default RevUp Digital sending address.

To send emails *from* your dealership's domain (e.g., `info@yourdealership.com`), we will guide you on providing SMTP credentials for an email account you control. We recommend using a dedicated email account for security.

All plans include email support for technical issues related to the platform. The Growth plan includes priority email support, and the Pro plan adds phone support during business hours. Enterprise clients receive dedicated support options tailored to their needs.
