End-User (Website Visitor) Information (Processed for the Dealership):
Our platform enables dealerships (the "Data Fiduciary" under DPDPA) to collect information from their website visitors. RevUp Digital acts as a "Data Processor" on behalf of the dealership for this data. This may include:
- Personal Data Submitted via Forms: Name, email, phone number, message content, vehicle interest, service details, etc., submitted through website forms (Contact, Enquiry, Service Booking, Finance).
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, collected automatically via server logs or analytics tools configured by the dealership (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Cookies: Dealership websites may use cookies as configured by them for functionality or analytics.
Use of Information
RevUp Digital uses **Client (Dealership) Information** to:
- Create, manage, and secure your dealership account.
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and send transaction confirmations.
- Communicate important administrative updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Respond to support requests and inquiries.
- Monitor platform usage for improvement and security.

Dealerships use **End-User (Visitor) Information** collected via their website for their business purposes, such as responding to inquiries, booking services, processing applications, marketing (with consent), and analyzing site traffic. RevUp Digital primarily processes this data as instructed by the dealership and does not typically use it for its own purposes, except as necessary for hosting, maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

We do not sell or rent Client or End-User personal data.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), individuals ("Data Principals") have rights regarding their personal data.
- **For End-Users:** If you submitted data through a dealership's website hosted by us, that **dealership is the Data Fiduciary**. Please direct requests regarding your data rights (access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal) **directly to the dealership** whose website you used.
