RevUp Digital provides a subscription-based service including a pre-built website platform for automotive dealerships, website hosting, basic maintenance, standard feature updates, and technical support as per the selected plan. A one-time setup fee applies.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding (dealership details, branding, contacts).
  • Responsible for all content uploaded/published on your website (inventory, offers, text, images) and ensuring necessary rights/permissions.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within your provided admin panel.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including data privacy like DPDPA) regarding your business and website content.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • If using your own domain, maintain its registration and configure DNS records as instructed.

4. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the one-time setup fee and recurring subscription fees (monthly/annually in advance) for your chosen plan. Failure to pay may lead to service suspension or termination. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The RevUp Digital platform (software, code, design, core features) is the property of [Your Company Name]. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of your specific content (text, images, dealership data). You grant us a license to host and display this content as needed to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

7. Service Availability & Maintenance

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur with reasonable notice. We handle basic platform maintenance and security updates.
